  It's always a hit or miss here. I've walked in to drop off a package, and was able to do it right away. Now they ID you whenever you're dropping off a package and make you wait for a receipt. There have been times when, there is no one at the counter. I've had to wait up to 15 minutes , for someone to stroll over and ask if I needed something. I now go to a ups store in Oak Park instead.
