  Made a reservation with 20$ deposit. Upon arrival the next day I was told there’s no parking spots and now I have to go through loopholes in getting my money back. False advertising at its finest.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I paid for the car to be parked inside for a week! When I got back in to town and pulled up from the shuttle, the car was COVERED with snow! I went inside and explained to them that we paid over an extra $50 to park inside, and provided a print out (which they say you need when you show up) and they said it didn't matter. The woman at the desk, kept shaking her head and didn't care. I had to fight her to get a refund. It's been over 3 weeks, and the refund has not shown up. I have called 8 (EIGHT!!!) different numbers that say that they don't "deal" with parking! This is absolutely terrible! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
